Bismillah
Importance of Namaz (Salah) in
Islam:
This verse tells us that prayer is not just a form of worship; rather it prevents a person from evil deeds and makes his people better.
Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: "Whoever neglects the three Friday prayers, Allah puts a seal on his heart." (Sunan al-Tirmidhi)
Jumu’ah Namaz (Salah), which is offered on Friday, is special. This is not just worship but also a time of social gathering for Muslims where they pray for solutions to their problems and for the mercy of Allah.

Importance of the time of prayer:
Offering the obligatory prayers on time is an essential part of Islam. Prayers are offered five times daily.
Fajr (Before Dawn)
The time of Fajr starts with the morning dawn
and lasts till the sun's rays shine. In between, you can offer Fajr prayers
whenever you want, but the correct thing is to offer Fajr prayers at the time
when it becomes very bright, i.e. the earth becomes illuminated.
Dhuhr (Noon)
Dhuhr time starts after sunrise and it is during
afternoon when the actual shadow of any thing is as much as it is; apart from
that, if the shadow of that thing doubles then the Dhuhr time ends.
Asr (Before Dusk)
The time of Asr begins as soon as the time of Dhuhr ends and lasts until the
Sunset.
Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) says:"If someone misses Asr's prayer, it is as if his house and property are all looted." (Bukhari: 512)
Namaz is obligatory for 5 days, but emphasis is given on the obligatory prayer of Asr in Quran and Hadith because there is a time for angels to gather in it.
Maghrib (After
Sunrise)
The time of Maghrib starts after the sunset. It
is clear that the time of dawn and Maghrib is the same every day.
Isha (Night)
The time of Isha begins with the disappearance
of the whiteness spread across the North and South and lasts until the whiteness
of the morning dawn appears.
Each time of prayer has its own purpose and meaning.
Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
“The most loved deed near
Allah is the prayer performed on time.”(Sahih al-Bukhari)
It is obligatory for
Muslims to offer Namaz prayer on time.
Physical and mental benefits: Apart from
spiritual benefits, Namaz (Salah) is also beneficial for physical health and mind. The
movements of Ruku and Sujood are like physical exercises, which improve
flexibility and health. Happiness and respect are required during Namaz (Salah), which
helps in reducing stress and depression.
Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
“On the Day of Judgment, the account of the first prayer will be taken.
If this is correct, then the rest of the deeds will also be correct.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi)
